The Si Ji Chun tea cultivar was first discovered in the Muzha tea-producing region of Taiwan, likely resulting from the hybridization of Qing Xin Oolong, Qing Xin Da Mao, and Wuyi tea cultivars. Pour 100°C water over one teabag and infuse for 4~6 minutes for one cup (about 180ml). Remove teabag and serve.
