Confirmation

After completing your order, please go to "My Account / Order" to confirm whether an order number has been generated. Simply adding items to the "Shopping Cart" or "Wish List" does not constitute completing an order for those items, and the system will not reserve the inventory or special prices.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, there could be several reasons:

  1. Your email address was entered incorrectly, or your mailbox is full, preventing successful delivery.
  2. The free email service provided by your portal (such as PCHome, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) might be blocking the email, preventing it from being delivered to your inbox.
  3. Your order was not successful. Please check your transaction records in "My Account." If you can find the order record, it means the order was completed.

Free shipping on orders over NT$1,500!

  • Delivery Service:
    • EZ Cat Express: Free shipping on orders over NT$1,500 (Taiwan Main Island only).
    • Processing fee for orders not meeting the free shipping threshold: NT$120.
    • Currently, EZ Cat COD (Cash on delivery) service is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience!
  • In-Store Pickup:
    • Processing fee for store pickup orders not meeting the free shipping threshold: NT$80.
    • Available at 7-ELEVEN, Family Mart, and Hi Life.
    • Currently, COD  (Cash on delivery) service for in-store pickup is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Delivery Notice:

  • Normal shipping days are Monday to Friday, and we cannot specify delivery time slots.
  • Domestic delivery takes 3-5 working days after order confirmation (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
  • In case of holidays, traffic issues, poor weather, or natural disasters, shipping time may be extended based on the logistics company's delivery schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Payments
  • Credit Card

One-time payments in TWD or USD. Bonus points, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, JKO Pay, UnionPay, and AE cards are not supported.
The transaction will be redirected to a 3D secure authorization page; authentication is required to complete the transaction. The process uses secure encryption, and credit card information will not be stored on the website. Supported cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB.

  • Line Pay

For Line Pay payments, you will be directed to the "LINE Pay Payment Page" on mobile devices. On desktops, a QR code will be displayed. Use any QR code scanning system to proceed to the Line Pay page, confirm the amount, and enter your password to complete the payment.

  • Bank Transfer

After completing the transfer, notify us via the official LINE account (@ezrleaf) with your account's last five digits and the transfer amount, or upload your transfer receipt and number. Once verified, we will arrange shipment immediately.

Invoice
  • Invoices are issued using an electronic invoicing system and are generated upon receipt of payment.
  • If a carrier is provided, the invoice will be sent to the provided mobile carrier; otherwise, it will be sent to your account on the official website.
  • For companies requiring a triplicate invoice, it will be emailed to the registered email address.
  • It is recommended to check 2-3 days after payment completion. If the invoice is not received, please contact us.
Cancellation
  • Once order confirmation is completed, the order details (such as adding/canceling items, changing items, etc.) and payment methods cannot be changed. If you need to modify your order, please contact customer service. If the order status shows "Fulfilled," it means the order is in the shipping process and cannot be canceled or changed.
  • A cancellation fee of NT$30 will be charged as a third-party payment processing fee.
  • If the item is already in the shipping stage, 100% of the order amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
  • For confirmed cancellations, refunds will be processed within 15 days via credit card refund or bank transfer, minus any penalties. (Please check with the card-issuing bank for the actual refund date).
