Return Conditions
  • Thank you for choosing EZR LEAF products! In accordance with consumer protection laws, we offer our members the right to a "seven-day appreciation period" (including holidays). If you are dissatisfied with our product, you can apply for a return within 7 days from the day after the product arrives.
  • For any return-related issues, please contact us through our official LINE account (@ezrleaf). Once you inform us and submit your return request, you agree to our return policy and accept our subsequent handling procedures.
  • Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. If you find any dissatisfaction upon inspecting the product, do not open or use it. Instead, promptly process the return according to the return policy. Except for defective products, items that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The E- invoice will be voided upon receipt of the goods, confirming that the packaging and quantity are intact.
  • For orders shipped overseas, returns or exchanges are not provided unless the product itself is defective.
  • We offer product delivery services but are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company. Please read the product page descriptions carefully or confirm details with our customer service before placing an order!
Return Process

If you have any return-related issues, please contact us through our official LINE account (@ezrleaf) and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund

When processing a refund:

  • If you used a credit card or LINEPAY, the amount will be refunded directly to your card (please contact your card-issuing bank for the actual refund date).
  • If you used a bank transfer, the refund will be deposited into the specified account.
