Orignating from Nantou, Taiwan, Jin Xuan undergoes light fermentation and minimal processing to allow its unique characteristics full play. The sweet and milky Jin Xuan and osmanthus with rich floral notes are delicately roasted, leaving a soft, smooth, and unforgettable taste.
Jin Xuan, belonging to small leaf category, undergoes full fermentation to yield a unique honeyed aroma in the tea infusion. Paired with hibiscus, apple slices, grapes, elderberries, and mixed berries, each sip offers a rich and smooth flavor and provids a multi-layered indulgence.
